Kerrie Bedson (AUS) and Leslie Pearson (USA) were granted the Ephemeral Art and Design Commission (by the City of Greater Geelong) to create 'Canoe' for the Mountain to Mouth Extreme Arts Walk 2018. Over two days, Canoe was carried by community teams over 80km from the You Yangs to Barwon Heads where it was set alight in the dramatic final Ceremony - 'Gathering of the Elements'.
